I Think Happiness Feels Like Internal Permission

About Me

My name is Rachel Harre and I help people translate internal experiences into usable language. A lot of people move through life knowing something is happening internally, but struggle internally to explain. It is clearly not because the experience isn't real, but because they've never been given the language for it.

That gap is where mosts of my work lives.

I work with patterns:  Behavioral patterns, relational patterns, cognitive patterns, nervous system patterns; the things people often feel long before they can articulate. My work is especially resonant for people who process deeply, think nonlinearly, or feel overwhelmed by traditional systems built around repetition, performance, or rigid structure. Drawing from lived experience, long-term client work, and years of observing behavioral and emotional patterning, I developed what I call the Translation Layer.
